Further to the announcement on 28 January 2021, Shawbrook Bank Limited (Shawbrook), part of Shawbrook Group plc (the Group) is pleased to announce that all necessary regulatory and shareholder approvals have now been received and the acquisition of The Mortgage Lender Limited (TML), a specialist intermediary mortgage lender, has completed.
